CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation are possible untill 24 hours before the scheduled start time with a penalty of 40 Euros. Any cancellation after 24 hours will be entirely non-refundable.

 

No Shows:

Any delays in the check-in time will be considered a no-show. In case of no-show, it will not be possible to participate in the booked visit and the amount paid will not be refunded. Any rescheduling must be paid in full
